About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Architect to support and enhance our legacy applications while contributing to new development efforts. This role is critical for ensuring the ongoing stability, performance, and improvement of our systems. You will work closely with the existing team to refine and launch key applications into production, which may involve feature enhancements, system optimizations, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide development, maintenance, and support for existing applications, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and system improvements.
- Act as a Tier 2/Tier 3 resource for resolving critical technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system deployment and operation.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively.
- Adapt quickly to existing systems and technologies, demonstrating a deep technical understanding of custom solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of experience in software development and support at an architectural level.
- Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET (Microsoft technologies).
- Experience working with and supporting legacy applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to an existing system and its architecture.
Preferred Skills:
- Oracle Applications experience is a huge plus.
- Proficiency in additional programming languages is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
Team & Reporting Structure:
- Work closely with internal teams and report directly to leadership.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
