Experienced Facility Maintenance Technician (Industrial)
**Previous maintenance experience required**
Responsibilities:
- Repair plumbing fixtures
- Replace HVAC filters and perform minor maintenance to HVAC
- Repair building fixtures and equipment
- Painting walls and making minor painting repairs
Qualifications:
- Reliable and dependable
- Must HVAC and plumbing experience!
- Must be able to stand 8 hours!
- Must be able to work in a Non temp-controlled environment
Pay: $17-$19 DOE
Hours: Days/ Mon-Fri
**Background Check and Drug Screen required!**
