Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery for the manufacturing process
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs of machinery when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating factory machinery is preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for 12 hours a day
PAY: $15-16
HOURS: Day/Night shifts available 3 12 hour shifts (over-time available)
**Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen**
Salary : $15 - $16
