Inside Sales
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final order and work closely with our design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding our products and services
- Assist customers in selecting the right options based on their needs and preferences
- Provide quotes, order details, and product information to clients
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
Hours: Daytime/Monday-Friday
Pay: $$DOE
**Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen**
