Mechanical Press Brake Operator
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented brake press operator to join our production team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate brake press machines to perform bending operations on sheet metal.
- Review blueprints, drawings, or specifications to determine the appropriate settings, tooling, and sequence of operations.
- Load and unload material into the machine, ensuring proper alignment and safety procedures are followed.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating brake press machines (CNC and manual) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to measure and verify parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.
Hours: Day Shift M-F
Pay: $DOE
**Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen**
