Press Machine Operator

                      We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented press operator to join our production team. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses to ensure high-quality production.
• Monitor the press during production to ensure consistent print quality, color, and alignment.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues with presses to minimize downtime.
• Load and unload printing materials such as paper, ink, and plates.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet company and customer standards.
  
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating printing presses or similar equipment (2 years preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to following safety guidelines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with offset or digital printing presses.
• Familiarity with press maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
