We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This role involves repairing and adjusting cabinets and doors in both new construction and existing homes. The ideal candidate must be professional, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a busy schedule.

- Diagnose and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
- Perform on-site repairs in new builds and occupied homes.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly document completed work and report any issues.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cabinet and door building, installation, or service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) (Required).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume schedule.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional demeanor.
