Well/Water Technician

**THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE YOU TO ALREADY HAVE YOUR WATER-WELL TECH CERTIFICATION**

Job Description:
As a Certified Water Well Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of water wells. Your expertise will help ensure that our customers have access to clean and reliable water. You will be expected to work on both residential and commercial systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial water well systems, including pumps, pressure tanks, and filtration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot well systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform water quality tests and provide recommendations based on results.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Complete service reports and documentation for all work performed.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain services and answer any questions.
• Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to stay current with industry trends and standards.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Water Well Technician (or equivalent recognized certification).
• Proven experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of water well systems.
• Strong understanding of water well systems, pumps, and water quality testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide practical solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Hours: Daytime/ Monday-Friday 

Pay: $$DOE
