This role combines expertise in crisis intervention , motivational interviewing , and fostering racial equity to promote inclusion , belonging , and transformative client outcomes.
Essential Duties
- Oversee daily mental healt h and behavioral health operations to achieve program goals.
- Supervise diverse clinical teams, ensuring alignment with mental health
- Lead crisis intervention efforts, emphasizing harm reduction and collaborative care models.
- Deliver services, including counseling, case management , and group therapy, for mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and co-occurring disorders .
- Train staff in motivational interviewing to enhance client engagement and improve outcomes.
- Ensure all behavioral health services adhere to documentation and compliance standards.
- Foster culturally competent practices that promote inclusion, belonging , and team excellence.
