What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Hire Health?
Overview
We have weekday shifts open : Mon - Thurs 11p -7a
10k sign-on for 1 year, $15k for 2 years
Licenses or Certifications : Current nursing licensure in Arkansas. Current CPR and CPI certifications, or must obtain within two (2) weeks of hire offered onsite.
Education, training and experience : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Working knowledge of psychiatric nursing modalities preferred. Documented experience working with children (ages 5-12), adolescents (ages 13-18), and / or adults (ages 18 plus) preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
1. Effective oral and written communication skills and knowledge of telephone etiquette is required.
2. Ability to interact in a positive manner and to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, supervisor and other hospital employees.
3. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
