As a crucial part of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring positive customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service over the phone. Our customers rely on our services to live a fulfilling life, so empathy and compassion are paramount.
Work Hours : 8 : 30am to 5pm PST
Customer Support :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
