We work with over 100 vendors and various shipping carriers to deliver products as accurately and efficiently as possible. Members of our customer service team are able to work in a fast-paced environment and have influence over their workflow to suit their skill set.

What You’ll Do
- Answer phone calls, emails and chats from both customers and vendors
- Resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner, many times collaborating within our small team
- Facilitate order processing, including booking shipments, confirming stock levels and troubleshooting any issues
- Report to the operations/customer service manager
- Someone with exceptional customer service and multitasking skills
- An attentive and fast learner with strong organizational skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Someone able to work remotely with stable internet access and a quiet/distraction free work environment
- Someone with experience in shipping and receiving
- (Preferred) 1 years of customer service experience
- (Preferred) 1 years of working via a computer and using common software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, etc.
