As Plant Reliability Manager , you will lead the corrective and preventive maintenance programs, asset reliability, outage repairs / upgrades, and site infrastructure functions for this modern high-speed manufacturing complex. Strong leadership is needed to support an established culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement while meeting all financial, quality, and environmental compliance responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions include :
- Lead, train, and motivate maintenance and reliability personnel to meet / exceed operational efficiency and production goals while maintaining compliance with all safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Provide local ownership of IT, communication / security networks, production and packaging equipment systems, PLC automation, and process troubleshooting.
- Lead the development of SOPs and operator training on new leading-edge “machine learning” packaging technologies.
- Manage allocation of resources and labor deployment for asset reliability and facility grounds maintenance.
- Optimize mechanical and electrical preventive / predictive maintenance activities based on equipment histories, available technologies, and production requirements.
- Lead the development and training of all maintenance and reliability personnel based on performance gaps and organizational capabilities, including (Computer Systems, Network Maintenance, DBC, and e-Maint CMMS systems).
- Develop reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to include safety, quality, cost, productivity, yield, and variances.
- Maintain ownership over specified maintenance and plant asset cost centers.
- Ensure effective utilization of the work order management and downtime reporting systems, escalating system reliability issues as needed.
- Drive the asset root cause analysis process focused on repetitive part or system failures to eliminate reoccurrence.
- Prepare the maintenance budget and oversee implementation of all capital projects for the plant.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including local ownership of Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) program.
- Direct the storeroom team to achieve established goals in inventory value (turns), cycle count accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
