Seeking a Territory Sales Representative to grow an existing book of business through selling rough plumbing supplies and designer plumbing fixtures to custom home builders, plumbing contractors, and mechanical contractors within a 3-hour radius of Pasco, WA.
Compensation includes an attractive base salary, uncapped sales commissions, annual profit-sharing bonus, monthly vehicle allowance, fuel card, comprehensive benefits, and 401-K match.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- 2 years of sales experience within plumbing, piping, waterworks, or a similar market is required.
- Must have fundamental knowledge and/or exposure to rough plumbing products and/or designer plumbing fixtures such as piping, fittings, couplings, elbows, shut-off valves, supply lines, waste lines, bathroom fixtures, showers, bathtubs, faucets, vanities, showerheads, etc.
- Existing relationships with custom home builders, plumbing contractors, mechanical contractors, residential contractors, and/or commercial contractors located within the tri-cities, WA area is highly desired.
- Strong competitive drive with consistent track record of high sales achievements and new business growth.
- Strong relationships management skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships with local contractors.
- Ability to manage time effectively, plan and schedule independently, and meet sales targets without constant supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to develop and close new business.
- Maintains a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
