Route Sales Driver (Account Service Representative)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4-day average workweek
Overview:
As a Route Sales Driver (ASR), you’ll drive a delivery truck along established routes to provide exceptional service to customers. This role combines physical, fast-paced work with a focus on building relationships and solving customer challenges. ASRs are the face of our company, anticipating customer needs, delivering and picking up products, and growing revenue on their routes. Think of it as running your own business from the back of a truck!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products and pick up items daily along your route.
- Track customer inventory and resolve issues using handheld technology.
- Complete end-of-day tasks, such as unloading and prepping for the next day.
- Build customer loyalty, retain accounts, and expand business relationships.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Experience in Sales.
- License: For-Hire Endorsement preferred, can obtain during orientation.
Skills:
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and performing manual labor.
- Able to drive a delivery truck for extended periods and manage a physical workload.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic technology (computer, phone, handheld devices).
Requirements:
- Pass a DOT physical and drug/alcohol screening.
- Work in varying temperatures year-round.
