- Client Acquisition and Relationship Building : Leverage personal network and our comprehensive internal database to identify and engage potential clients.
- West Coast Regional Sales Specialist : Ties to the west coast, or an interest in periodically traveling there for conferences is a plus.
- Sales and Marketing Strategy : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with our firm’s goals and values.
- Dynamic Representation : Serve as a front-of-house personality, embodying the firm’s values and image in all client interactions.
- Client Presentations and Meetings : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Market Research and Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the investor relations, operations, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Event Management and Networking : Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Anywhere from 3 to 10 years of experience in a fundraising role within the asset management or financial industry
- Experience in one of the following - fundraising, capital raising, investment product sales, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic and outgoing personality, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
