- Compensation: Starts at $120K-$300K (DOE) bonus benefits professional growth

- Job Type: 100% on-site (hybrid: 3 days/week on-site is available)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Client Interaction: Screen potential litigation clients, prepare clients for depositions, and maintain exceptional client communication (in coordination with client services team).
- Witness Management: Interview and depose witnesses, gathering crucial evidence to support case strategies.
- Mediation and Negotiation: Skillfully prepare for and participate in mediations and negotiations with clients and stakeholders, striving for optimal settlements.
- Compliance: Adhere to standard operating procedures and collaborate with supervising attorneys.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Experience: 5-7 years of personal injury litigation experience or related legal field.
- License: Active and good standing member with New York Bar.
- Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional professionalism and a strong commitment to client service and representation.
- Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate with a team.
