Client Services Associate

Overview:

• Location: Provo/Orem, Utah Area
• Status: Full-time, 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $18-23/hour (DOE) generous benefits

As a Client Services Specialist …

… you thrive on building relationships and making a difference in each interaction you have with every individual. You are the initial point of contact for prospective clients and strategically set the stage for a successful partnership. You must be energized by engaging and connecting with people, as you are a key team member in selling clients the initial value of our services. As a foundational step in our process, you pave the way for the entire team’s success. You utilize your talents for capturing attention and demonstrating how our services can positively impact lives. You follow up and follow through to show people the dedication and excellence they can expect from our team.

Your Day-to-Day May Involve…

• Cultivating strong and trusted relationships with clients and third-party professionals through prompt and accurate communication
• Assisting the Client Services Coordinator to ensure all client information and documents, and calendar events are accurate
• Coordinating calls, meetings, and consultations with clients’ financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
• Providing professional communication in various mediums including in person, phone calls, texts, email, and fax
• Monitoring and reporting on Client Experience goals, workflows, productivity, and deadlines
