Overview:

• Location: Provo/Orem, Utah Area
• Status: Full-time, 100% onsite
• Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Compensation: $50-70k generous benefits

As a Legal Client Services Manager…

…you are energized by taking care of clients and have a passion for people. With sharp attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, you play a key part in building trusted relationships with clients, third party advisors, and team members. You are constantly collaborating with the team, helping clients navigate the intricacies of estate planning, estate administration, and business law, and rising to the challenge of the fast-paced legal services world. You are a connection between the attorney, clients, client services, and project managers.

Your Day-to-Day May Involve…

• Working directly with attorneys, client services, and project management teams to ensure best recommendations are made and fulfilled
• Providing a consistent client experience in a loyal, meticulous, gracious, and honorable manner
• Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients and advisors through timely and accurate communications
