A growing insurance company in the Glenwood Springs, CO area is seeking a a highly motivated and organized Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Compensation: $17.50 - $22.00/hour
- Location: Glenwood Springs, CO Area
- Reports to: Operations Leader
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Process a variety of insurance transactions.
- Assist with new business and policy renewals.
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Adhere to established procedures and industry best practices.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Proven experience in customer service or insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one within 45 days of hire) is required.
Salary : $18 - $22
