OVERVIEW
A growing bank in Utah County is seeking a Community Reinvestment Act Officer to develop and maintain a comprehensive CRA program that will empower underserved communities and drive impactful investment in underserved neighborhoods. In addition to ensuring compliance with regulations, the successful candidate will work will build a legacy of positive change and make a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and families.
- Compensation: $120-130K benefits
- Location: Northern Utah County, UT (100% on-site)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Conduct regular monitoring and testing to identify and track CRA-related data and trends.
- Oversee the quality control of all CRA program information and documentation.
- Prepare for and participate in CRA examinations and audits conducted by regulatory agencies.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on CRA compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices related to CRA compliance.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies, as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRA considerations into business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3-5 years of experience in CRA compliance within a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of CRA regulations and examination procedures
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and make sound high-stakes decisions
- CRCM certification is a plus (not required)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
