OVERVIEW

AtopnationwidehomebuilderisseekingahighlymotivatedandexperiencedProjectManagertomakeanimpactontheirgrowingteam,whilesuccessfullyplanningandexecutingallaspectsoflanddevelopmentprojects,frominitialconcepttofinalconstruction.

  • Compensation : $100- 120K bonus benefits
  • Location : 100% on-site in Las Vegas Nevada Metro Area (requires employer-funded relocation for out-of-state candidates)

WHATYOUWILLDO

  • Leadandmanageallphasesoflanddevelopmentprojects,frominitialplanninganddesigntofinalconstruction.
  • Directandoverseetheworkofconsultantsinareassuchascivilengineering,surveying,andenvironmentalstudies.
  • Developandmaintaindetailedprojectschedules,budgets,andtrackprogressagainstkeymilestones.
  • Obtainnecessarypermitsandapprovalsfromrelevantregulatoryagencies.
  • Managerelationshipswithmunicipalitiesandotherstakeholderstoensuresmoothprojectexecution.
  • Conductthoroughduediligenceinvestigationsandriskassessments.
  • Ensurecompliancewithallapplicableregulations,zoningordinances,andenvironmentalguidelines.
  • Prepareandanalyzeproposals,bids,andcontractsforvariousprojectcomponents.
  • Monitorconstructionprogress,addressanychallenges,andensureprojectcompletionontimeandwithinbudget.

    • WHATYOUWILLBRING

  • 5 yearsofprofessionalexperienceinlanddevelopment,construction,orarelatedfield.
  • Demonstratedabilitytoeffectivelyleadandmanageconstructionorengineeringprojectsfrominceptiontocompletion,andcollaboratewellinateamenvironment.
  • Strongfoundationalknowledgeofcivilengineeringprinciplesandconstructionbestpractices.
  • Excellentcommunicationandnegotiationskills.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandprojectmanagementsoftware.
  • Possessavaliddriver ' slicenseandreliabletransportation.
  • Bachelor' sdegreeinCivilEngineering,ConstructionManagement,orarelatedfield.
