Overview
The Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for all aspects of marketing campaigns and operations, and for leading a team of internal and external marketing specialists across the platform. This leader will create and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to profitably increase revenue and grow the company. This leader possesses refined communication and leadership skills, with proven success in innovative marketing campaigns across the continuum of today’s marketing channels. The ideal candidate is an accomplished Senior Director of Marketing with a bias for hands-on, growth-focused leadership in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and programs.

Primary Duties
- Responsible for annual marketing plan, strategy, budget, and team across the platform
- Participate in strategic planning with the Vice President of Executive Operations, the Larry H. Miller Real Estate Presidents, and executive leadership team
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team across the platform
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads across the platform
- Capture, track and analyze complex data to ensure our marketing activities deliver the most cost-efficient and effective leads
- Collaborate with the internal and external builder partners to align sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsible for marketing budget and expenditures
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Reinforce brand strategy and sales objectives through effective website development and social media tools
- Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter strategies
- Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, media, and stakeholders
- Protect the legal, financial, and moral well-being of the Larry H. Miller Company and its platform companies
- Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful
- All other duties as assigned
Experience & Skills
- 10 years of proven experience as a Marketing Director or other senior role
- Previous real estate/development industry experience highly preferred
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar relevant field
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- In depth knowledge of market research
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

Physical Requirements
Primarily an in-office position, with infrequent walking, standing, and climbing stairs in/around construction sites, apartment homes, models, and properties
Must have the ability to read and comprehend large quantities of information, operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs. independently.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about office setting
