Full Stack .NET Developer/Lead/Architect - Ridgefield, NJ (only W2)

Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer/Lead/Architect

Location: Ridgefield, NJ Area - Hybrid (onsite Preferred)

About the Role:

We are hiring a senior-Level Full Stack Developer who can wear two hats: an experienced .NET developer and a capable Business Analyst, This individual will work closely with in-house Lead developers, support internal systems and customer-facing applications, and eventually coordinate offshore resources. The ideal_ candidate takes ownership, communicates effectively, and can translate business requirements into functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack development using .NET/C#, React, React Native, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Write and optimize SQL queries, procedures, and handle data modeling
• Act as a Liaison between internal stakeholders and development teams
• Coordinate with future offshore developers to ensure knowledge sharing and workload continuity
• Provide technical input while suggesting improvements to business workflows
• Handle light AWS server-side configurations when necessary

Required Technical. Skills:

• Strong backend expertise in .NET/C#
• Proficient in SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Front-end experience with React and React Native
• Familiarity with REST APIs and git.
• Exposure to AWS environments (server setup, configuration)

Required Business Skills:

• Strong experience gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable driving clarity, writing specs, and ensuring solutions meet business needs
• Exceptional communication skills verbal and written
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Prior experience in healthcare or pharmacy systems (HL7 exposure a plus)
