Job Title : Public Health Preparedness Field Coordinator - District 3 - (hybrid with in - state travel)
Primary Skills : emergency preparedness, public health or public safety, MS Office apps., training, support needs or activities of program.
Location : Indianapolis, IN (local candidates to this region required.)
Work Arrangement : Candidate must reside in IN District 3. Select in-state travel will be required. ( Allen, Whitley, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, Wells, Adams, Noble, Dekalb, LaGrange and Steuben.)
Start details : 1 / 27 / 2025
Duration : 1 / 31 / 2026, may extend into 2027
Travel : Remote w / travel w / in District 3 for meetings and assistance. ( Allen, Whitley, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, Wells, Adams, Noble, Dekalb, LaGrange and Steuben.)
Expenses : Expenses will be reimbursed.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Public Health Preparedness District 3 Coordinator : The Public Health Preparedness District Coordinator serves as primary point of contact for Local Health Departments within their assigned District for issues relating to IDOH-Division of Emergency Preparedness, goals, and objectives. The Public Health District Coordinator serves at the direction of the Director of District and Local Readiness and respective IDOH DEP Regional Supervisor to their area.
District 3 consists of the following cities / counties : Allen, Whitley, Miami, Wabash, Huntington, Wells, Adams, Noble, Dekalb, LaGrange and Steuben.
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience : 5 yrs. Required.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree. Highly desired.
- Certification :
- Business Systems Analyst Supporting GOVERNMENT Human Resources BPM & Re-Engineering. Required. 5 yrs.
- Experience specifically working with INFOR ERP solutions as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience configuring & supporting INFOR apps specific to HR as listed in job description & Questions below (review specifics before responding). Required. 2 yrs.
- Record of success w / problem solving, demonstrated by an ability to troubleshoot INFOR business problems and identify solution options & alternatives. Required. 4 yrs.
- Experience analysing, designing, and directing the reporting needs for HR. Required. 2 yrs.
- Experience with Birst Reports, INFOR update methodologies, data refresh and validation. Desired.
- Experience Configuring and Supporting INFOR Integrations with Third Party Applications. Desired.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
