TIBCO DevOps Integration Lead
Location: Dallas, TX
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite (T/W/TH) and 2 days remote (M/F) working the hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years of experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining TIBCO software products (BusinessWorks, EMS, Hawk)
- Experience managing and deploying applications in TIBCO versions 5 or 6 (Bamboo or Jenkins)
- Highly knowledgeable of DevOps Tooling and practices (SCM and CI/CD)
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Exceptional communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Experience utilizing JIRA ticketing system
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects in an international environment

One of my clients is looking for a TIBCO Integrations and DevOps Lead to join their team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles and technical expertise in TIBCO products. This candidate will split their time between infrastructure maintenance and integration application production support. This person will be responsible for overseeing the infrastructure for the TIBCO environment. They will install, configure, and maintain TIBCO products (BusinessWorks, EMS, Hawk) that are on Linux servers. This individual will demonstrate expertise in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bamboo or Jenkins. They will also possess strong source control management skills with experience in Bitbucket, Git, or SVN. On the application production support side, this candidate will assist the production support team by managing the business applications. They will interface with business users and support team to effectively resolve issues that arise. It is essential for this person to obtain leadership skills and can be assertive in their communication. They must be a proactive problem-solver, driven, and have the ability to lead international teams independently.
