What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk 1/2 position at Hire Options Inc?
Law firm is seeking a contract Help Desk Specialist I or II to assist their Los Angeles office. This is a month long contract position beginning immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware and software issues to users in office
- Application testing
- Manage tickets escalated from the Help Desk ticketing system; follow up with users affected
- Set-up audio/visual and other presentation needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3 years of IT Help Desk experience in non profit or corporate services required; law firm experience highly preferred.
