Law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $60-70K
Responsibilities
- Coordinate OCI interview registration with law schools
- Prepare OCI materials for attorneys including binders, resumes, forms, stat report, etc.
- Manage all summer associate & on-campus events including set up/break down
- Handle daily interview scheduling, cancellations, and changes as needed
- Point of contact for students invited for call-back interviews and field questions
- Track interview feedback, candidate submissions & summer associate evaluations
- Plan law school panels, receptions and recruitment dinners
- Prepare materials for Hiring Committee meetings including resumes, transcripts, evaluations, statistical reports and weekly updates
- Assist with the Summer Program from inception to completion, including all RSVPs/attendee list & name tags/onboarding/binders/reviews/logistics/trainings
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 2-3 years of legal recruiting experience within a law firm required
- MS Office Suite required
