Forklift Operator
Location: Columbus, OH & Grove City, OH
Shift: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd shift
We are seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our client partner teams! These role include operating sit-down forklifts, slip sheet attachments, and reach trucks to safely move, stack, and organize materials in a warehouse setting. If you have experience with any of these forklift types, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down forklifts, slip sheet equipment, and reach trucks safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload products from trailers, racks, and staging areas.
- Transport materials within the warehouse to designated locations.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
- Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating forklifts (sit-down, slip sheet, or reach truck) required.
- Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
