General Labor
:hire is urgently seeking to fill Laborer Positions for a leading employer in the Jackson, Ohio area.
Summary:
The Laborer performs basic tasks in the warehouse. A General Laborer is responsible for accepting products, storing items, maintaining inventory, preparing items for delivery, and cleaning the facility.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and box products
- Perform quality checks on the packaging of products
- Clean (sweep, mop, wide down parts of the facility including equipment, etc.
- Assist warehouse with shipping and receiving
Qualifications
- Experience in factory or manufacturing environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with warehouse operations
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting and follow safety protocols
