Job Posting: Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a full-time position, with hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, with a focus on mechanical and plumbing systems.
- Use a variety of equipment, including mowers, tractors, and chainsaws, for outdoor and facility maintenance.
- Document completed work using a computer system to track maintenance activities.
- Ensure the facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with a particular focus on plumbing.
- Proficiency in using mowers, tractors, and chainsaws.
- Ability to use a computer to document maintenance work.
- Tobacco-free lifestyle is a requirement.
