Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workflow and delegate tasks to support teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Process contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated billing adjustments using relevant software.
- Conduct financial analyses related to reporting, calculations, and expense recoveries.
- Generate and reconcile periodic billings for various costs and services.
- Prepare required legal and financial documentation to support business objectives.
- Manage relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and fostering positive interactions to support revenue collection.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights that enhance financial performance.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Background in contract administration or billing preferred.
- Experience with financial or management software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
