Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workflow and delegate tasks to support teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Process contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated billing adjustments using relevant software.
  • Conduct financial analyses related to reporting, calculations, and expense recoveries.
  • Generate and reconcile periodic billings for various costs and services.
  • Prepare required legal and financial documentation to support business objectives.
  • Manage relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and fostering positive interactions to support revenue collection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights that enhance financial performance.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Background in contract administration or billing preferred.
  • Experience with financial or management software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and able to work independently with a high level of integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
