Role Overview :

  • Craft and execute a detailed integration blueprint that resonates with the overarching goals and objectives of our company's acquisitions. Engage closely with pivotal stakeholders to outline and prioritize integration targets that reflect our strategic ambitions and prospects.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination :
  • Establish strong connections with department leads across various functions such as sales, marketing, operations, IT, finance, and HR to ensure the integration strategy is in harmony with departmental goals. Promote active dialogue and partnership among different teams to achieve the set integration targets efficiently.
  • Support for Due Diligence and Deal Execution :
  • Be actively involved in due diligence to evaluate the practicability and hurdles of integration. Offer valuable insights on potential risks and opportunities to guide the decision-making process throughout the acquisition journey. Aid the deal-making team in navigating deal closure effectively.
  • Communication and Management of Change :
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with all parties involved, fostering a seamless execution of integration plans. Initiate a feedback mechanism with departmental teams to pinpoint and act on improvement areas for subsequent integration efforts. Maintain transparency through regular updates on key developments, integration headway, and any significant shifts affecting team members or stakeholders.
  • Evaluation and Reporting :
  • Consistently update leadership on the status and outcomes of integration initiatives. Implement a feedback mechanism for continuous improvement based on departmental input. Perform thorough analyses post-integration to gauge success and gather insights on post-merger performance.
  • Additional Responsibilities :
  • Be prepared to adjust work hours as necessary to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, with an MBA being advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing several projects concurrently.
  • Established background in project or integration management, with a preference for those experienced in M&A integrations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Versatility in adapting to rapidly changing environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Solid track record in project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven ability in project execution, particularly in M&A integration.
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding M&A activities.
