Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage underwriting files for new and existing accounts.
- Coordinate updates for current accounts and communicate with surety underwriters.
- Handle the issuance and processing of various bond types, including bid bonds, performance / payment bonds, maintenance bonds, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and more.
- Support marketing efforts by engaging with underwriters and facilitating account placements.
- Collaborate with team members to place miscellaneous bonds and gather necessary underwriting information.
- Review bond documents and invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Assist in the collection and reconciliation of premiums, including return premiums.
- Support the marketing and acquisition of new accounts.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the V.P. of Surety.
