Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager CPA to join our client's team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple operations of the tax practice area and delivering quality tax services to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax engagements, including tax planning and compliance services
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various tax matters
- Review and analyze complex tax returns and financial statements
- Oversee tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations
- Supervise and mentor tax associates and senior staff
- Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent service and effective communication
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand our client base
- Active CPA license is required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in public accounting
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and professional development
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
