Summary:

Our client is a leading representative for pump, valve, control, and specialty products who is looking to add an experienced and professional Administrative Specialist. This role is integral into the company’s business model with how they serve their customers. The Administrative Specialist will be the master or multi-tasking and willing to help meet the needs of others.


The Administrative Specialist must be a recent College Graduate, looking to grow with an organization.


Administrative Specialist Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement 18
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of industry or customer service experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs; MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all time
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays and weekends


Administrative Specialist Description:

  • Offer administrative support across the organization
  • Welcome guests that visit on a daily basis
  • Coordinate front-desk activities
  • Distribute correspondence and redirecting phone calls accordingly
  • Sort and distribute daily mail, order office supplies, and keep inventory of stock
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
