About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Foundry Engineer to join our team at Hire Road, Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing foundry tooling, as well as optimizing tooling design and configuration for efficient production.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop foundry tooling
- Optimize tooling design and configuration for efficient production
- Work with customers to develop designs that meet foundry and customer needs
- Manage the development of tooling from initial order through to final delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years foundry experience or similar heavy industrial environment
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T
- Ability to manage a small team of hourly and salary employees in the technical field
