In this role, you will be responsible for managing orders from inception to payment. You will ensure that client portfolios and sales teams align to and emulate company policies, procedures, and behavioral expectations.
You will communicate with sales agents, project managers, branch and corporate partners, clients, warehouse personnel, and suppliers. This role requires strong communication, detail orientation, accountability, positivity, and time management skills.
You will own and process Quality Management Standard documents, including ISO forms, Return Material Authorizations (RMA), and quality control action plans. Within the ERP system (Epicor), you will capture supporting documentation for orders and portfolios.
