Hours: Evening shift, 2-6 PM Sunday through Thursday, plus 11-1 on Fridays

We are seeking a warm, friendly, and fashion-savvy Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the perfect outfits, offering personalized style advice and ensuring they have an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assess customer preferences and body type to provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling for various occasions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for fashion and a strong sense of style.
- Warm, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Ability to provide thoughtful, tailored fashion advice to customers.
- Previous experience working with the Orthodox Jewish community a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet goals.
- Prior retail or fashion-related experience is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma is required.
