Your skills generating RFPs and RFQs are urgently needed to obtain goods and services needed for renovation at this office handling several properties. You'll be responsible for generating the procurement requests, verifying the status of vendors offering their services, obtaining price and delivery options, maintaining an accurate up-to-date database of RFPs and vendor applications, reviewing delivery of items and reviewing prices charged by the vendors, maintaining a cordial, professional relationship with external vendors and internal customers. Property management or leasing background will be very helpful but the key to this position is experience working with procurement and compliance with established budgets to ensure smooth transitions. You'll be helping people whose homes desperately need updating and repairs while using your skills and qualifying for promotions.
