Job Description :
Client is seeking a Business Analyst to join our HR Technology and Analytics team. This role will support our Principal Business Analyst in managing and optimizing our HRIS systems, specifically focusing on time and pay-related projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our Centers of Excellence (COEs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technology teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Principal Business Analyst to support time and pay projects.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements from COEs and SMEs.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for the UKG and Workday payroll systems.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to represent current and future states.
- Work with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of solutions and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare documentation and reports to communicate recommended technology fixes and project plans.
- Support the intake and prioritization of technology tickets, focusing on high-priority issues.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) to analyze data, create reports, and present findings.
Qualifications :
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within HRIS or payroll systems.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced), Visio, and PowerPoint.
