We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join the organization on a full-time basis. This role will focus on identifying bid opportunities in Louisiana while fostering relationships with manufacturers, owners, and general contractors. The ideal candidate should be driven, strategic, and dedicated to building relationships that support business growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop bid opportunities primarily in the Louisiana market.
- Collaborate with owners and general contractors to understand construction timelines, and project requirements, and formulate proposals.
- Work closely with an experienced senior director for mentorship and guidance to enhance your professional skills and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth of an employee-owned company with nationwide operational coverage, promoting a culture of teamwork and ownership.
- Engage in strategic planning to align business development efforts with organizational goals.
