Manager Intake Call Notes : Please include work product samples that demonstrates the skillset. Should be good at writing content, creativity, content development writing, critical thinking. Experienced in Financial Services or Insurance industry working within tech or cybersecurity.
Interviews : 2 initial interviews with possibly a 3rd if needed.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a full-time Communications Project Support Contractor to join our Global Cybersecurity team. This role supports the Senior Project Manager and Cybersecurity Manager in planning, developing, and delivering) communications for both executive leadership and employee audiences. You will support high-impact cybersecurity technology changes and cybersecurity awareness and education communications across the enterprise and within the 5K Technology organization. Your expertise will help drive consistency and clarity in communication initiatives, while also supporting process improvement efforts and overall project management needs.
Key Areas of Support :
- Strategic Communications Support : Assist with the creation, planning, and execution of communications for executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Content Creation : Draft, edit, and manage a variety of communications, including emails, presentations, and executive summaries related to cybersecurity policy, technology changes, and business impacts.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT partners, and stakeholders to ensure clear and effective messaging for complex cybersecurity initiatives.
- Project Management : Assist with the organization, management and tracking of multiple communications projects, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
