What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Hire Talent?
Job Description :
This position is filling in for a LOA. There could be a potential to hire the right candidate in the future. Position requires you to receive products in, put away items, help with counter sales, load and unload pipe, cut and thread pipe and be forklift certified. 90% of this work will be done inside, while 10% will require outdoor work. This is a very small location with only 2 warehouse workers working at one time. Attendance is very important!!
Qualifications :
A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is preferred.
Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it.
Forklift Operator experience is required.
Responsibilities :
Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times.
Help with counter sales, deliveries, and outbound orders.
Job duties may or may not be aligned with the following positions- Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate, Pipe Yard Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
