Our client has been a provider of transmission and distribution products and services for the electrical power industry for over 50 years. They provide in-house engineering, on-premises steel fabrication and packaging.
The Transmission Line Manufacturing division provides a complete line of engineered, tapered steel poles, and wood-equivalent steel poles for transmission, distribution and other similar applications.

Qualifications:
- Civil/Structural Electric Transmission Line Design (3-5 years minimum)
- Experience in the Electric Utility industry
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution
- Provide Civil/ Structural engineering through each step of project from analysis, design, planning, construction, startup, and operations.
- Design, prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with codes regulations and industry standards.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team including strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.
