Job Details
HiRE Technology is looking for a Business/Data Analyst with strong skills in Project Management, Program Management, and Supplier Engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in data analysis, supplier and customer engagement, and content management while demonstrating excellent communication and analytical skills.
100% Remote (with an option to be on-site up to 5% of the time)
Responsibilities
- Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
- Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via ServiceNow
- Create, maintain, and retire item MDM for features and benefits
- Manage and respond to the team mailbox for inter-company and customer requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree required (or equivalent experience)
- 1 - 3 years in a business analyst or data analyst role
- Experience in supplier engagement, workflow documentation, and process improvement
- SQL: Intermediate required; expert preferred
- Excel: Intermediate experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
- Python: Intermediate experience required
- Tableau/Power BI: Beginner experience preferred
- ServiceNow (SNow): Experience required
- Outlook & Excel: Proficiency required
- Copywriting experience with excellent English grammar skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify process flaws and suggest improvements
- Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Must be a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience in workflow and process documentation
