Job Details
Hire Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Consultant to join our consulting team to work with a great Fortune client. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, handling customer feedback, maintaining item master data, and supporting internal and external data requests. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and Python, and the ability to improve processes efficiently.
Location: 100% Remote Working with occasional visit to work site.
Responsibilities:
- Engage, train, and manage supplier relationships to capture enriched content
- Triage and escalate customer feedback requests via ServiceNow
- Create, maintain, and retire item Master Data Management (MDM) for features and benefits
- Manage and respond to team mailbox inquiries from internal teams and customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Intermediate to expert SQL proficiency
- Intermediate Python skills
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Visualization)
- Experience with process and workflow documentation
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Beginner experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a proactive approach to process improvement
Preferred:
- Copywriting experience (ensuring high-quality content)
- Supplier and customer engagement experience
- Excellent English grammar and communication skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNow), Outlook, and Excel
