Hire Technology is seeking a Project Analyst with expertise in financial analysis, data management, and reporting to support technology programs. This role involves evaluating project financials, optimizing forecasting processes, and developing dashboards to track key performance indicators. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience with financial governance, and proficiency in data visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
- Implement financial and integration governance across the technology portfolio
- Develop dashboards to track spending trends and forecasts
- Improve monthly financial forecasting and budget comparison processes
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance data collection for scope, cost, and resource planning
- Monitor and report high-impact technology program risks, ensuring response plans are in place
- Conduct data reviews to validate program progress and performance metrics
- Standardize governance processes for portfolio performance reviews
- Identify and resolve data inaccuracies across project portfolios
- Compile executive-level reports on budgets, schedules, risks, and key insights
- Research and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst with a financial focus
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience collaborating with portfolio/program offices and project teams
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management
- Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and business process evaluation
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tools like Planview, Smartsheet, or MS Project
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Preferred:
- Budget and financial management (cost-benefit analysis)
