In this position you will answer incoming calls and reply to Internet service leads with the objective of making appointments for the Sales team. Must have excellentcommunication skills. Job Requirements forSales BDC Representative:
- Minimum of 1-year Recent Automotive BDC, Call Center, and/or Marketing experience REQUIRED!
- Experience making outbound calls and setting appointments REQUIRED!
- 9 - 5, Evenings and weekends (Saturdays) as necessary REQUIRED!
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a professional and positive attitude.
- Ability to professional interact with potential clients in a friendly and positive way.
- Superior communication skills - verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, and ability to self-motivate.
- Time-management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced dynamic environment is absolutely essential.
- Preferable knowledge of working word documents and spreadsheets, computer literate/knowledge, data entry skills.
- Must live within 45 minutes from Emmaus, PA
Income & Benefits for Sales BDC Representative:
- INCOME RANGE: $40,000-$60,000 – Excellent Salary plus bonus - Commensurate with experience and performance

Essential Duties for Sales BDC Representative::
- Answer all incoming Sales calls following the Kelly process and schedule sales appointments.
- Respond to Internet Leads by making outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule Sales Appointments.
- Schedule follow-ups contact if no appointment is made.
- Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with missed appointments.
- Communicate effectively with Management.
- Properly and accurately update customers profiles with detailed notes and follow up as necessary.
- Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
- Call previous customers from our database for upgrades.
- Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled, or rescheduled.
- Assist with other duties, as assigned.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
