Hire Up Staffing is looking for a Medical Laboratory Scientist to perform procedures using analytical methodology in a clinical laboratory in the Houston area.
Pay : $32 / hr.-$45 / hr. (Based on experience.)
Schedule : Day Shift - Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat 6 : 30am-3pm or 7am-3 : 30pm
Position Key Accountabilities :
Performs routine laboratory tests in accordance with direction given.
Prepares specimens for analytical examination and quality tests.
Maintains Inventory
Operates and performs preventative maintenance.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree OR completion of an accredited Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science program required.
Valid ASCP certification or comparable certifications.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.
Must have experience with one or more of the following instruments.
Sysmex
Hematology Roche
Chemistry DXI
Chemistry Stago
Coagulation Iris
Urinalysis ABL
Blood gases
